One of the founders of Morgan Wright, Ali had previously spent over 20 years in retail working within a large Health & Beauty organisation. Looking for new challenges, she became an Interior designer which then led to working within the Homewares market and it was here that she had a chance meeting with the founders of Australian brand Raine & Humble.

Instantly loving the products (and the people!), Ali and her brother Andrew founded Morgan Wright to help bring the Raine & Humble brand to the UK…the rest as they say is history!

Andrew’s background couldn’t be further from homewares if he tried…his previous businesses have been in the construction industry, manufacturing man holes and chambers!!

Director

Whilst studying at University in London, Megan started to help out at trade shows and soon shared our love of the Raine & Humble brand.

Once she graduated in 2016 she joined the team full time and now develops the MW ranges with Ali as well as manage all data and content.

You may recognise her name, the lovely Shelley is always on hand to help with any order queries and to help resolve any problems.

Picking and Packing

One half of our picking and packing team, Steve and Richard wrap every order with care and search the warehouse high and low for you if you're looking for something that's gone out of stock, just to check there's not one hidden away.
